I found lots of pages to help adults with aspergers on Facebook. Contacting them would be helpful! We are a site for parents of kids with disabilities, and don’t have personal experience like it sound like would be most beneficial for you.
Where do you live? My son, who has Down syndrome, works or with a personal trainer, and I know that this same trainer works with a little boy that had Duchennes muscular dystrophy. I can get their info if you’d like me too.
